Welcome to GK Icon Academies Bristol. We specialise in professional goalkeeper coaching for 6 to 15 year olds of all abilities. We operate in the Bristol area on Monday evenings as well as offering holiday camps, team training and one to one coaching.

Liam Armstrong
Liam started playing in goal at the age of 10 and he played for Bristol City academy from ages 11-14 and then signed for Bristol Rovers academy at age 15 after being scouted playing school football. He rose through the ranks into the 1st team squad spending 6 years at Bristol Rovers. After leaving Bristol he played over 100 games in non league at clubs including Paulton Rovers, Salisbury FC and now Barry Town United football club (in the JD Cymru Premiership). Liam is still extremely ambitious to play at the highest level he can having worked with some of the very best goalkeeper coaches and professionals. Liam is very passionate about goalkeeping and keen to share the experiences he has learned to any young aspiring goalkeeper! We are proud to work with him at GK Icon Bristol.
