2 Day ‘Female only’ Goalkeeper Camp with Arsenal Women First Team Goalkeeper Coach Seb Barton

We are excited to offer a female 2 day GK camp with Arsenal Women First Team GK coach Seb Barton

This is an amazing chance for female goalkeepers to show off their talent.

I am pleased to announce that Arsenal Women ‘First Team’ Goalkeeper Coach Seb Barton will be joining us as lead GK coach for a Summer 2-day Female Goalkeeper Camp. 

As we have 2 days, we will also be introducing classroom sessions into the itinerary.  These will include technical video observation, tactical discussion and what it takes to improve or make it as a pro goalkeeper in the female game.  This will be tailored for all ages. 

The coaching team supporting Seb will be made up of coaches involved in the female game at the highest level, as well as some keepers that have gone through the system at Arsenal Women Academy and are now playing in the professional game. 

It will include:

- Ian Biggadike  - Head of Academy Goalkeeping at AWFC 

- Tom Gallin - AWFC GK Coach 

- Maddy Woolgar - Former AWFC Academy keeper 

- Naomi Williams - AWFC Academy Keeper who has just been offered a 2 year pro contract at the club (buzzzzzing!) 

- Natalia Negri (tbc) - former AWFC Academy keeper, now a pro at Crystal Palace Women.

For me this is a great opportunity for all our female goalkeepers to showcase their talent.  I know for a fact that we have recruited female keepers to Arsenal Women on the back of these courses.

Dates  : Monday 24th July and Tuesday 25th July.

Time :09.45 to 15.30 

Cost for the two days is £130

Cost for a single day attendance is £70

Accomodation is available nearby at a reasonable cost, for those travelling from afar.  I can help with this
