Welcome to GK Icon Academies Liverpool. We specialise in professional goalkeeper coaching for 6 to 15 year olds of all abilities. We operate in the Liverpool area on Monday evenings as well as offering holiday camps, team training and one to one coaching.

Liverpool Head Coach
Eddie
Eddie started his career as an amateur football player at CD.Belas a small club in a regional league ( Lisbon – Portugal ) for the under 12th as goalkeeper for two years .
He has played for the very popular Sport União Sintrense football club ( youth under 15th ) in the beautiful and very well known the lovely town of Sintra – Portugal
He had the pleasure to be part of the under 17th youth team of C.F Estrela da Amadora football club , currently playing in the LigaPro ( Portugal Second Devision )
From the age of 19 he started his journey in futsal as a goalkeeper for two years for the small regional Idanha Futsal Club (Sintra – Portugal)
His coaching career started in Portugal as an assistant with Telmo A. Silva ( Current Analyst for Portugal National Football Team) with the under 14th youth team at Casa Pia A.C , currently placed 5th in Portuguese Premier League .
Now in Liverpool he currently coaches for Sporting Club of Merseyside in the development team, also a registered scout for the Professional Football Scouting Association.
