Head Coaches
Coach Martin
Martin spent 34 years serving in the Royal Air Force as a Physical Training Instructor coaching, training and delivering various sports and activities. Since leaving the service life, Martin has focussed his skills in Coaching and Development of Football in the community.
He was Director of Football Newquay AFC and Chairman at Newquay AFC Youth before moving to Oxfordshire in 2024. Over the last 15 years Martin has been Coaching from grassroots level to semi pro and was an FA Coach Mentor in Cornwall for 6 years. Martin currently holds his UEFA B Licence in coaching as well as FAW Level 2 in coaching goalkeepers. Martin is an enthusiastic and experienced Coach and loves coaching in a grassroots environment.
