Welcome to GK Icon Academies Sheffield. We specialise in professional goalkeeper coaching for 6 to 15 year olds of all abilities. We operate in the Sheffield area on Friday evenings as well as offering holiday camps, team training and one to one coaching.

Jed Kenyon
Jed's goalkeeping journey started nearly forty years ago playing for Brunsmeer FC in Sheffield moving on to semi-professional level with Gainsborough Trinity and Stocksbridge Park Steels having had trials at several professional clubs.
He has coached at grassroots clubs and was Player / Manager of South Yorkshire Police FC for a number of years. Jed has sought to enhance his own coaching development by completing his FA Level 2 outfield and goalkeeping courses. Jed is currently undertaking the UEFA Goalkeeping B Licence.
Jed is also goalkeeper coach for Barnsley Women FC in the FA Womens National League. He coaches the goalkeepers at the Barnsley Womens FC FA Emerging Talent Centre and delivers bespoke goalkeeping plans to a number of local teams.
Jed is passionate about delivering sessions which provide technical expertise but are fun and inclusive regardless of ability or experience.
