Joel Canning
Following spells with both Watford and QPR as a child, Joel moved into coaching at the age of 16 after sustained a serious knee injury. Despite further attempts to make it in the pro-game and forging a successful non-league career, Joel has been coaching goalkeepers for over 15 years, spending time working for the FA, Watford FC and Northampton Town.
